What will I need for class? Most importantly, bring a positive attitude, focused mind and try to be well-nourished. It's YOUR health. It's YOUR fitness journey. A towel, because we promise you will sweat… A Lot!!! Non-slip socks are nice to have, but you can go barefoot too. Comfortable workout clothes so your muscles can flex, stretch, and breathe. A water bottle. And just in case someone gets really really thirsty and drinks all of our water, bring some water too. We have filtered water at the studio, but please bring a bottle for water to avoid wasting paper cups. Most importantly, bring a positive attitude and be ready to work. Not sure if we mentioned that.

Will I be charged if I can’t make my scheduled class time?Yes, even if it’s your first time. We have 10 Megaformer M3S machines at MEGALIT fitness studio. So if you reserved a spot in the class, we need to be sure you show up for that class. If you make any changes to your schedule, including changing your class time, within 12-hours before your scheduled class, you will be charged. If you are an unlimited monthly client, we will charge an additional $25 each time you cancel or reschedule a class without giving us the full 12-hour notice. If you are a limited package holder, you will lose your class.
-
How do I schedule a private session?Contact us at getlit@megalitfitness.com and we can help you schedule your first private session. Keep in mind, the studio is available for private sessions during our non-class hours.
-
How often should I practice? The workout is designed to work your body to muscle fatigue at which point you need to rest. Depending on your fitness level and the intensity of your workout, you will need more or less time to recover. We recommend 3 to 4 times a week to allow your body to properly recover and repair. Some students love the workout so much that they come 5 or 6 times a week. This is generally not recommended as your muscles need time to repair to get the best results. Listen to your body.
-
How does the waitlist work?If you are added to a class from the waitlist, you will receive an email notification no less than 12 hours prior to the scheduled class time. If you do not receive an email notification, you have not been added to the class. Do forget to Opt-in for email notifications in your profile if you choose to use the waitlist. PLEASE NOTE: If you do not have any unused or unreserved classes in your package, you will not be confirmed into the class and your spot will be given to the next person on the waitlist.

I’ve never practiced the Lagree Fitness Method before. Should I do a private lesson first? It depends on your current fitness level. Most of our new students do just fine in the class. The workout is high intensity but low impact. However, if you have chronic back pain, painful joints, medical conditions, returning from an injury or surgery it is recommended that you take a private session first to assess your fitness level.
