You’ll move through 10 dynamic rounds combining heavy-hitting boxing combinations, footwork drills, and targeted bodyweight movements. Each round builds intensity—mixing longer flowing combos, explosive short bursts, and strength-toning exercises—so you leave feeling faster, stronger, and more powerful.
