MEGABOXING CLASSES

BOXING ONLY

A high-energy, 45-minute boxing experience designed to sharpen your skills and push your limits. You’ll move through 10 dynamic rounds combining heavy-hitting boxing combinations, footwork drills, and targeted bodyweight movements. Each round builds intensity—mixing longer flowing combos, explosive short bursts, and strength-toning exercises—so you leave feeling faster, stronger, and more powerful.

BOXING/STRENGTH

A 50-minute hybrid workout that combines explosive heavy bag rounds with strength-driven bodyweight and dumbbell training. Each day targets a different focus — full body, upper, or lower — keeping your workouts intense, dynamic, and results-driven. Gloves on, game face ready.​
